I didn't know it then, but the day I met Lissette I found one of those rare friends that all you can do is hold on tight with both hands and never let go. I was blessed to be a part of her wedding to the equally wonderful and enchanting, Sam.
Their wedding was everything one should be: a celebration of love, a joyous gathering, a kick-ass party. Lissette and Sam provided it all. I was lucky to be given an "in" to photograph all I wanted and, in the process, documenting the beginning of a storied life together. This was every bit a labor of love, and I hope it shows.
